- Designed and implemented backend services for NPSB transactions, enabling transfers across banks, MFS, and PSP platforms through the Upay ecosystem.
- Designed and implemented OTP-based transaction workflows integrating UCB bank accounts for Upay agents.
- Integrated the Pathao Courier agent collection workflow, supporting transactions exceeding BDT 1 billion monthly.
- Diagnosed and stabilized SFTP-based file exchange with Sonali Bank PLC by redesigning file-transfer handling using MinIO and Paramiko.
- Integrated NSTU admission payment processing, supporting BDT 60+ lakh in transaction volume during one admission cycle.
- Implemented resilient retry workflows for failed agent and customer registrations using asynchronous processing, improving recovery from transient integration failures.
- Currently implementing SOAP-based financial API integrations supporting loan and DPS payments for 80+ NGOs through the Upay platform.
